These terms set out the rules for taking part in the prediction league run in the S8 Race by FISO Pick'em application.
01Organiser
The league is organised and the application is operated by:

02Participation
Anyone who has created an account, accepted these terms and given consent to the processing of their personal data can take part. Participation is free and voluntary. One person may hold one account. The organiser may block an account that breaches these terms.
03Predictions
Predictions can be submitted and changed until the deadline shown for the given heat or event. After the deadline predictions are locked and cannot be changed. A missing prediction scores zero points in that category. The application server time is decisive.
04Scoring
Points are awarded automatically once the organiser confirms the results. Current point values:
Heat predictions
The organiser may add extra prediction categories for an individual event, each with its own point value. They are shown on the prediction screen for that event. Point values may change; a change does not affect points already awarded.

05Rankings
Rankings are based on the total number of points earned. Participants with an equal number of points share the same position. The organiser may correct the scoring if the results contained an error.
06Prizes
Prizes, where offered for an event or a season, are announced by the organiser. Winners are notified by e-mail at the address on their account. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
07Complaints
Complaints about the league can be sent to kontakt@fastinslowout.pl within 14 days of the event concerned. The organiser will respond within 14 days.
08Personal data
How personal data is processed is described in the Privacy notice.
09Final provisions
The organiser reserves the right to amend these terms and to end the league. Participants are informed of changes in the application. Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law.
